WHAT CAN I ORDER FROM LAZY DAISY?

At the moment, we offer made-to-order flowers and handmade candles. However, we are working on adding more beautiful objects to our catalogue soon : )

HOW CAN I ORDER FROM LAZY DAISY?

You can order your made-to-order flowers in sizes mini, small, medium or big from our shop

You can also order handmade objects here.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

Our bouquets are composed of thoughtfully selected blooms, textures and colours. We offer a new design every week, depending on what’s fresh and in season, while always staying true to our unique style.

However, if you have a special wish such as a specific flower, color or mood, or if you’d like to include a handwritten card with your flowers, you can write it when you look at your cart before check out or you can send us an email at hi@lazydaisy.ch

You can also write to us if:

1. what you have in mind is a bit different from what you see in our shop

2. you’d like to inquire about arrangements or events

3. you’d like to place a wholesale order for candles

or just to say hi :) !

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AT HOME?

When delivering our flowers, we will always ring the doorbell and wait 5 minutes. If there’s no one at home, we will make sure to leave the flowers in a safe location and notify you via text or email. However, after this point, we cannot be responsible for damage, theft, or any other eventualities that are outside our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a correct address and contact information. In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address and/or contact information, additional delivery fees will need to be covered by the customer.

HOW LONG WILL MY FLOWERS STAY FRESH FOR?

Your flowers should be at their prettiest for 72 hours after you receive them. For us to guarantee this, it is very important that you show them some love too: take a look at our flower care guide here.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP CANDLES & HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We ship our candles to all of Switzerland with complimentary shipping. 

Shipping costs are 12 CHF for Central Europe and 26 CHF for the rest of Europe.

Duties & taxes may apply depending on each country, in which case they are the customer's responsibility.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY FLOR CANDLES?

We want you to enjoy every moment your candles are lit. Here are a few useful tips to keep your candles pretty:

1. To avoid dripping, trim about .5 and .8 cm off the wick before lighting the candle.

2. It can happen that candles lean sideways, for example when it’s warm out. To straighten them back, just hang them from the wick and their own weight will do the rest (never force them, as they break easily).

3. A candle is not suitable for lighting anymore once it’s 4cm tall.

Please note that safety while using our FLOR candles is the responsibility of the customer only. 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGES?

FLOWERS: Your flowers should be at their prettiest for 72 hours after you receive them. For us to guarantee this, however, it is very important that you show them some love too (see flower care guide here). 

If after effectively having followed the flower care instructions you are not satisfied with your flowers’ lifespan, please write us an email to hi@lazydaisy.ch that includes detailed pictures no later than 72 hours after receiving the flowers so we can find a solution for you.

All our flowers are designer’s choice. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based off personal taste. However, you are always welcome to request a specific flower, color, or mood with your order :)

FLOR CANDLES:

Our FLOR candles are handmade with love, in a traditional, 130-year-old chandlery in Mexico City. This means they are all unique, and colors and shapes may slightly vary from one candle to another.

For this reason, we will only accept returns or offer exchanges in the case of a faulty product. In this event, please write us an email to hi@lazydaisy.ch that includes detailed pictures no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid shipping additional to your product and you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
